When we talking about business software applications we talking about the need of our business such as sales, marketing, support, accountant, financial, supply chain, warehouse management, human recourse , communications, maintenance, security, order management………….etc.
We can divide needs into two main needs Front office needs and Back office needs
Front office: Where your customer get touch with your business such as sales, marketing, support….Etc.
Type of software application depend on your business size, if you have small business you can use individual application for sales or support, but if you have medium business you can use central applications to apply it on sales, marketing and support …. Like CRM applications.
Back office: where your customer does not get touch with it like IT, Human resources, financial, Manufacturing……. Etc
Like front office we can use individual applications or central applications such as ERP. The choice depends on your business size and needs.
